Q1. Are your cartridges name brand or generic ?

All of our cartridges are the highest quality generic brands and we guarantee them to perform to your satisfaction.

We offer 180 days unconditional 100% Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you received, simply send them back for a replacement.



Q2. Are your cartridges new or remanufactured ?

Remanufactured Products:
All the HP, Lexmark, selected Canon (BC-02, BC-05 and BC-20) and all Laser Toners are remanufactured. They are remanufactured to the highest standards, tested for quality and are equivalent to the original brands. All products include 100% Quality and Customer Satisfaction Guarantee



Q3. Will your products void my printers warranty ?

No, using the compatible cartridges does not tamper with your printer in any way, and therefore does not affect your warranty. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act, the consumer is allowed the right to choose any consumable they desire for their printer, and allowed to make any repairs to the printer cartridge they deem necessary. This allows for the use of refill kits and compatible cartridges.

We offer an unconditional 180-day Guarantee on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of your cartridge, toner or refill kit, you may return it within 180-days of the purchase date, and we will replace.



Q5. How do I return or exchange products ?

*Non-Defective Laser Toner and Inkjet Cartridge return policy. All unopened and unused laser toners and inkjet cartridges can be returned or exchanged by LaserCare India within the 180-day return period minus 20% of the purchase amount for restocking fee.

*Defective Laser Toner and Inkjet Cartridge return policy . Any defective laser toner or inkjet cartridge received by lasercareindia.com within the 180-day return period, is subject to inspection upon receipt and may incur a 20% restocking fee if we determine the toner cartridge is not defective. If the toner or cartridge is determined defective, an equal replacement will be honoured at no additional cost to you.



Q6. About exchanges.

If you ordered the wrong cartridges and want to order the right ones, you may do so by following the steps below:

Step 1: cartridges must be unopened and in their original box. Opened cartridges cannot be exchanged.

Step 2: Call customer service to place a new order for the correct cartridges compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated and the order is shipped to you immediately.

Step 3: Obtain a return authorization for the unused/unopened cartridges you want to return.

Step 4: Return the wrong package to us. Upon receipt of your wrong package we will issue a full refund, minus Rs.200/- shipping charges.

Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of packing error.

Orders with free shipping will receive refund on the returned products minus Rs.200/- shipping charge.



Q7. Do you accept the purchase orders ?

Yes. Purchase orders are applicable to Businesses, Schools, Government Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations.

Q8. What type of discount do you offer ?

Depending on the volume we are able to offer various discounts.



Q9. My printer does not recognize the cartridge ?

If your printer generates an error message, or the printer refuses the cartridges installation, you may need to cycle the printer by the following steps:


If cycling the printer does not alleviate the error message or flashing light, the cartridge is most likely defective. Please contact for a replacement cartridge.



Q10. The printer shows the cartridges are empty ?

Please run the print head cleaning utility 3 – 4 times. In addition, follow the steps above for cycling the printer. If neither option alleviates the problem, the cartridge is most likely defective. Please contact for a replacement cartridge.



Q11. About return and exchange policy. ?

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cartridges and toners up to 180 days from the day of purchase. If your invoice date has passed the 180 days, we will not be able to honor any return or exchange.

Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.

All returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Q12. About defective cartriges.

If you have a defective cartridge you may return it for a replacement or refund subject to the following guidelines:

Q13. About unopened cartridges / Non-Defective.

All unopened or non-defective cartridges may be returned for a refund subject to the following guidelines:

Q14. About restocking fee / Cancelleation fee

The restocking / cancellation fee is to recover some of the cost associated with processing the orders such as shipping and handling, credit card fees and marketing cost.



Q15. My cartridges number ends with different letter(A, G or D..), what is the difference and are your cartridges compatible with my printer ?

The lettering at the end of a cartridge number indicates the amount of ink that a cartridge contains. All the models (A, G or D) use identical cartridges regardless of the lettering. All of our cartridges are filled to the top (high yield) regardless of the lettering and they are 100% compatible with your printer.



All trademarks and copyrights, including logos, images and brand names are the property of their respective owners. References to brand names, images and logos are for descriptive purposes and to illustrate compatibility of our products only, and their use does not imply endorsement by or association with the brand name owners. We do not sell OEM (original equipment manufacturer). All our inkjet and laser cartridges are of the highest quality remanufactured and new generic brands.
